Christian Scholin first stole $468,000 from a woman who he represented in the sale of her Lake Worth home in 2004, while operating International Title Company. As a result, Scholin was suspended from practicing law, and eventually disbarred by the Florida Supreme Court.

But while suspended, Scholin struck again. He unlawfully represented a woman in the short sale of her Royal Palm Beach townhouse. Scholin kept money that was wired to him to fulfill part of the unpaid principal on the home. As a result, the woman’s home entered foreclosure. [Palm Beach Post]
