Tamiami Automotive in foreclosure

The Tamiami Automotive Group has been named in a foreclosure judgment
concerning an 18.1-acre site in Miami, according to the South Florida
Business Journal. The site is located at 7090 SW 24th Street and has
an $8.8 million mortgage, which is currently owned by CorePointe Loan
Holdings. The action, filed Oct. 7, also names SSI Properties.
The mortgage was first issued on the site in 2007 by Chrysler Financial
