SBI Realty changes name

South Beach Investment Realty has made a modification to its name: the firm is now called South Beach International Realty. “During the past two years, our client base has shifted dramatically,” said founder Diane Lieberman. “Today, nearly 60 percent of our buyers are foreign nationals. The percentage of individuals who hail from Europe and Latin America made it clear that our business is international in scope, so we’ve changed our name to reflect that.” SBI, which was founded 12 years ago, is the exclusive agent for the Baylights condominium project at 1910 Bay Drive. — Alexander Britell
