Blanca Commercial Real Estate tapped to lease Dadeland’s Town Center One

Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Dayco Group’s Town Center One, a 24-story, Class A office tower in Miami-Dade County’s Dadeland market. Tenants at the 210,992-square-foot property include Commerce Evolution, Inca Investments and BMI Companies. The property is one of the largest blocks of contiguous space available for lease outside of Miami’s Central Business District. “As major corporate users increasingly look to Miami as a regional headquarters city, Class A buildings offering significant blocks of contiguous space will remain in high demand,” said Blanca CEO Tere Blanca. — Alexander Britell
