Everglades Island home sells for $13.5 million

A home on Palm Beach’s Everglades Island has sold for $13.5 million, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. That would make it the largest residential sale in Palm Beach in six months. The home was sold by John Haggin to a group of three limited liability companies associated with Palm Beach developer Fred Latsko. The property, which is located at 757 Island Drive, was listed by Linda Gary, originally at $15.9 million. “I was pleased that we were able to sell it so fast,” she said. [Palm Beach Daily News]
