Fifteen Group refinances MiMo property

Private investment firm Fifteen Group has obtained $3.5 million in bridge financing from Miami Beach-based BridgeInvest to refinance its recently-acquired mixed-use property at the corner of Biscayne Boulevard and 79th Street in Miami’s MiMo neighborhood. The 146,575-square-foot property is located on 3.67 acres. It includes an 11-story office, a 25,000-square-foot retail complex and a 41,606-square-foot parcel of land. The office building, which is located at 7880 Biscayne Boulevard, was previously occupied by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. — Alexander Britell
