Fortune International lists CSL Plasma Shopping Center in Fort Lauderdale

Fortune International is listing the CSL Plasma Shopping Center in Fort Lauderdale for sale, the firm announced today. The property, which includes a 26,999-square-foot building on a 124,582-square-foot lot, has been listed for $5.3 million. It is currently 100 percent leased by tenants including Dollar General, CSL Plasma, Laundromart and Papa John’s. Miami-based Fabio Faerman has the listing for Fortune. — Alexander Britell
