Zilbert International Realty said it has closed on the sale of a condominium at the Setai South Beach residences in Miami Beach for $3.26 million, or approximately $2,857 per square foot. The deal on the 1,141-square-foot, two-bedroom condominium, was handled by Zilbert’s Giorgio Vecchi. The sale came two months after a $7.2 million deal at the Setai that worked out to an average of $2,856 per square foot. “Both condos and waterfront single-family and estate homes are seeing demand unlike any other time in history,” said Mark Zilbert, the firm’s managing broker. — Alexander Britell
