Boca Raton’s Crocker Partners pays $105 million for Atlanta office tower

Boca Raton-based Crocker Partners has paid $105 million for the 18-story, 432,000-square-foot Prominence building and an adjacent land parcel in Atlanta. Crocker has now acquired $700 million and 3.1 million square feet of space in the past 20 months, the company said. It now owns or manages around 2.5 million square feet of office space in Atlanta’s Buckhead district. In June, Crocker paid $262.5 million for the Miami Center office tower. — Alexander Britell
