Sabadell United Bank building in West Palm sells for $15.4 million

The Sabadell United Bank building in West Palm Beach has been sold for $15.4 million, according to CBRE. The 113,862-square-foot property, which is located at 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, was bought by Brookwood Sabadell Investors, a limited liability company, from PEBB Palm Beach Lakes, another LLC. CBRE represented the seller in the deal. The property had recently undergone a $700,000 renovation of its common area and building system. It is currently 80 percent leased, according to CBRE’s Dominic Montazemi. — Alexander Britell
