Berger’s Steve Hyatt completes $8.4 million Washington auto dealership sale

Fort Lauderdale-based Berger Commercial Realty senior vice president Steve Hyatt recently represented BD&D Investment Company in the sale of a 4.42-acre automobile dealership in Bellevue, Wash. The buyer, a Seattle-based limited liability company called Dog Walk, paid $8.425 million for the property, which includes a 34,000-square-foot dealership. Hyatt is a former vice president of corporate development at national auto dealer AutoNation. He has been handling several dealership dispositions across the country on behalf of BD&D. — Alexander Britell
