Liliana Paez, the president of Key International Sales, joined city officials, developers and capital partners to commemorate the groundbreaking of 400 Sunny Isles, a luxury condo development.
The two-tower project is slated to have 260 units and eco-friendly product design, including a “green” kitchen.
Paez and the sales team expect a quick sell out, according to a Key International release.
With more than $260 million in units sold, 400 Sunny Isles LLC, which is affiliated with Key International Inc. and 13th Floor Investments LLC, began construction on the site at 163rd Street west of Collins Avenue.
