Celine Dion has put her Jupiter Island Bahamian-style estate for $72.5 million. The French-Canadian diva’s 5.7-acre property has a nearly 10,000-square-foot home with five bedrooms and five ensuite bathrooms and boasts an elevator and a media room. The master suite contains a walk-in closet with an automated carousel for shoes, and a wraparound terrace with two decks.
The property also hold an eight-bedroom includes an eight-bedroom guesthouse, a pool house, a beach house and a tennis house with a simulated golf range, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The home is being marketed by Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec’s Joseph Montanaro and Cristina Condon of Sotheby’s International Realty in Palm Beach.
Dion is looking to sell because of her increased show commitments at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Montanaro told the Journal. Dion didn’t respond to the Journal’s requests for comment. [WSJ] – Hiten Samtani
