Three penthouses at Vizcyane have hit the market, including the former downtown pad of Miami Heat starter Dwyane Wade.
The two- and three-story penthouses range between 4,178 and 4,495 square feet and $1.8 million to $2.7 million, and are to be finished by Brazilian home furnishings retailer Sacarro, according to a release by the building’s sales and marketer, ISG World.
“Our final inventory has just been released,” ISG principal Philip Spiegelman said in the release. “We saved the best for last.”
Across from Bayfront Park and the American Airlines Arena, the twin, 49-story towers at Vizcayne include a 75,000-square-foot pool deck and a 15,000-square-foot spa and health center. Developers are planning to bring in The Learning Experience, an early childhood academy that will feature a 2,000-square-foot indoor playground for pupils.
Why Wade, a three-time NBA championships winner, gave up his penthouse was not disclosed out of privacy concerns. — Emily Schmall
