Celis office building in Hialeah sells for $7M

The 63,634-square-foot Celis Building in the Miami-Dade city of Hialeah sold to a private investor for $7.2 million, the South Business Journal reported.

A North Miami-based limited-liability company had owned the recently renovated office building, located at 1275 West 47th Place. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services agent Alex Zylberglait represented the seller, while Douglas Mandel, Benjamin Silver and Jonathan Gerszberg represented the buyer.

It contains 60,000 square feet of office and 3,600 square feet for a small storage facility. There are also two elevators, covered parking and wood flooring in the tenant spaces. [South Florida Business Journal] — Mark Maurer
