Forget brochures. Today’s real estate marketing teams are setting up high-tech sales centers with imaginative images of dramatic penthouse views and designer interiors – all before the shovel is even in the ground.
“Let’s face it, we’re selling the dream,” Edgardo Defortuna, president and CEO of Fortune International, told the Miami Herald. Defortuna spoke to the Herald in the “experience room” in Jade Signature’s glossy new sales center. Within the center a full-screen movie shows a 3D animation that places the viewer inside the 192-unit tower.
In today’s sales centers, buyers see touch-screen tablets that demonstrate detailed floor plans complete with appliances and furniture arrangements, light walls that mimics waterfront views, and 3D projectors.
“Nothing is really built yet, so we have to be able to show the customer who isn’t used to imagining it or envisioning it,” Defortuna said. [Miami Herald] – Christopher Cameron
