Melo moves forward with Edgewater residential tower

The Melo group is pushing ahead with a new residential tower in Edgewater dubbed Aria On The Bay.

Work on the 477-foot tower planned for 1770 North Bayshore Drive is tentatively scheduled to begin in October, pending approval, according to Exmiami.

Before Melo acquired the property, a different tower called On Park was approved for the site in 2006. Melo has updated those plans but will keep the basic design. [Exmiami] – Christopher Cameron
