West Palm Beach developer Malasky Homes sold the last of its two spec houses on Palm Beach’s North End.

A trust in the name of Carl Hj. Asplundh Jr. paid $4 million for a four-bedroom house at 226 Jamaica Lane, according the Palm Beach Daily News. The 4,916-square-foot home was developed without a buyer lined up.

Mary Boykin of Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing. Boykin’s Sotheby’s colleague Kim Raich represented the buyer. [PBDN] – Christopher Cameron
