Toll Brothers is pushing back its sales launch for the Royal Palm Polo development in Boca Raton.

The builder originally planned to start going under contract with buyers next month. It announced last week the launch would be delayed until this fall so the company can complete the model homes for Royal Palm, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

Horsham, Pa.-based Toll began construction of the 223-home Royal Palm earlier this month. Prices range from $1.2 million to $2 million. The company has a list of at least 1,000 potential buyers.

By delaying the sales launch, buyers “will better be able to see the quality and luxury of a Toll Brothers home first-hand,” the company said in a written statement. [Sun-Sentinel]Eric Kalis
