Singer Olivia Newton-John purchased a two-bedroom condominium on Jupiter Island.
Newton-John and her husband John Easterling paid about $550,000 in cash for the home, according to Palm Beach County property records cited by the South Florida Business Journal.
Meanwhile, Oliva’s home south of Jupiter Inlet Colony is still on the market after more than a year.
Rosie O’Donnell had planned to purchase the home, which is asking $5.6 million, but backed out after a contractor shot and killed himself inside the property. [SFBJ] — Christopher Cameron
