British soccer legend David Beckham stopped by The Bond at Brickell’s sales office to spend time with members of Miami’s business and real estate community.
During his visit to the British-themed condo building’s sales office, Beckham touted the benefits of a Major League Soccer franchise in the city. Beckham and his backers have spent more than a year trying to work out a deal for a stadium site. The City of Miami opted against the most recent proposed site, a downtown Miami boat slip next to AmericanAirlines Arena. The Bond is a 44-story, 328-unit condo tower to be developed by Rilea Group at 1080 Brickell Avenue.
