125 homes coming to Bonaventure Country Club

Part of the Bonaventure Country Club’s golf course will be developed into 125 single-family homes.

Terra Group of Miami purchased 121 acres for $30 million from the New York-based Chetrit Group and Hollywood developer Ari Pearl, according to the Sun Sentinel.

Chetrit and Pearl bought the Weston site in 2012 after former owner Tavor Holdings filed for chapter 11.
