A pair of luxury condo sales totaling $10.7 million at Boca Raton’s One Thousand Ocean closed within a day of each other earlier this month.

One Thousand Ocean’s 3,312 square foot Beach Villa 105 was sold by Jeffrey and Patricia Schneider for $4.2 million on Aug. 11. The following day, David Cohen received $6.5 million for the 4,908 square foot Unit 501.

Casey Taryn Scherr is the buyer of the three-bedroom Beach Villa 105, while Pennsylvania residents Deborah and Michael Kirby acquired the four-bedroom Unit 501, which faces the ocean, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Douglas Elliman director of luxury sales Senada Adzem represented both sellers. Adzem’s efforts to sell a One Thousand Ocean penthouse with colleague Chris Leavitt were featured in multiple episodes of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Miami.” [Palm Beach Post] — Eric Kalis
