Businessman Peter Wood wants to raze the home, which he acquired from billionaire philanthropist Jon Stryker for $22.9 million last May, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

If Wood gets his way, a two-story Palladian-style residence featuring a partial basement and two-story guesthouse will replace the current home. Harold Smith of Smith and Moore Architects are handling the design. [Palm Beach Daily News]Christopher Cameron
