Eight Florida Wendy’s on market for combined $24.3M

A portfolio of eight Wendy’s restaurants throughout Florida has hit the market for $24.3 million.

The properties, which may be purchased separately, are listed exclusively with Marcus & Millichap.

“Net-leased properties remain a target of commercial real estate buyers as both a capital preservation vehicle and steady cash-flow investment,” said Gabriel Britti, associate vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap, in a press release. “Assets with long-term, absolute net leases with fixed rental increases are difficult to find, especially large portfolios of quick-serve restaurants.”

The restaurants are located at: 365 University Park Drive, Winter Park; 2390 West 68th Street, Hialeah; 8901 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; 499 Florida 7, Margate; 3801 West Broward Boulevard, Plantation; 8200 Champions Gate Boulevard, Champions Gate; 7693 East Colonial Drive, Orlando and 2031 East Oakland Park Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale. –Christopher Cameron
