$58M construction loan for SoMa at Brickell

The developer of SoMa at Brickell received $58.1 million in financing for the apartment project, The Real Deal has learned.

Monogram Residential Brickell Project Owner of Plano, Texas obtained the construction loan from Wells Fargo Bank in a transaction recorded on Monday, according to Miami-Dade County records. The company is tied to developer Monogram Residential. It began construction during the summer.

Located at 145 Southwest 13th Street, SoMa will include a mix of studios and one and two-bedroom units. The complex will have a total of more than 400 apartments.

The project was previously known as Broadstone Brickell Lofts.
