Oceana Key Biscayne penthouse sells for $15M

Another penthouse in Consultatio’s Oceana Key Biscayne changed hands, this time for nearly $15 million.

A partnership between two corporations registered in Delaware picked up Unit PH2S at the 360 Ocean Drive complex, according to Miami-Dade County records. The companies, FAC LLC and Tarragona Real Estate, received two loans totaling about $9.5 million from Citibank for the purchase. Both are managed by Fernando Bernales.

Unit details are not available in county records.

Another Oceana penthouse traded for $17 million last month. Eduardo Costantini’s firm began closings at the 142-unit complex about three months ago.

Consultatio is also building the 240-unit Oceana Bal Harbour on the former site of the Bal Harbour Beach Club. It received a $332 million construction loan from a consortium of lenders led by HSBC in April. — Eric Kalis
