This month: TRD’s Broward County Real Estate Forum & Showcase

The time is almost here. In just three weeks, South Florida’s biggest names in real estate will gather to discuss the booming market in South Florida with a focus on Broward County.

The Real Deal South Florida’s Broward County Forum & Showcase will take place April 23 at the Design Center of the Americas in Dania Beach. Last month, we announced the panelists for the first of two panels, What’s next for development in Broward?, who will weigh in on the trend of developers and home buyers flocking north of Miami for the lower prices and abundant opportunities.

The second panel, Foreign investment + South Florida, will debate potential changes in the real estate industry as foreign markets continue to be volatile and the future of programs like EB-5 remain uncertain.
