A beachfront mansion in Palm Beach sold for $10 million, according to Palm Beach County records.

SKWAP Land Trust, managed by real estate attorney, Jack J. Kessler of Buchanan Ingersoll and Rooney West, was the seller. Sea to Seaside Development was the buyer.

Randal Perkins, CEO of nationwide disaster recovery firm AshBritt, is listed on the buyer’s corporate filings.

The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate includes 100 feet of beach frontage, a pool, patio and cabana. It last sold for $8.8 million in April 2013, Palm Beach property records show.

The 12,107-square-foot home, at 1171 South Ocean Boulevard in Delray Beach, was built in 1994 and sits on nearly 1 acre.

Philip Lyle Smith of Luxury Resort Portfolio was the listing agent, according to the MLS. The parcel is zoned for low density residential.
