H&M will open a store at Dolphin Mall in Sweetwater, the company announced on Monday.
The 33,000-square-foot store will bring the retailer’s total in Florida to 22. The Dolphin Mall location will include H&M’s children’s collection, according to a press release.
Dolphin Mall has more than 240 retailers and 1.4 million square feet. Tenants include DSW, Bloomingdale’s – The Outlet Store, a Cobb movie theater, Forever 21, The Cheesecake Factory, and a Courtyard by Marriott Hotel.
Other South Florida H&M locations include Lincoln Road, Aventura Mall, Miami International Mall and Boynton Beach Mall, according to H&M’s website. The Lincoln Road location is in a 1935 building designed by cinema architect Thomas Lamb. An 18,000-square-foot H&M is also open at Related Group’s mixed-use shopping center CityPlace in West Palm Beach. — Katherine Kallergis
