Developers of YOO at Metropica held a private dinner for brokers recently at Villagio Restaurant in Sunrise. Joseph Kavana and Scott Leventhal unveiled broker incentives for the first residential tower of the 65-acre development at the event.

YOO at Metropica, which is one of eight residential towers in the community, has converted its reservations into contracts, according to developer Trillist. Metropica will include 400,000 square feet of retail space and a minimum of eight restaurants, most of which are new to Broward.

Trillist is partnering with YOO Studio for the first tower, a 28-story condo building with 263 luxury units ranging in size from 740 square feet to 1,300 square feet. It will also feature 10 penthouses averaging 1,900 square feet. ONE Sotheby’s is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for building.

The master-planned community will also include a central park, a health and wellness center, a beach club and recreational amenities. — Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
