Nicole Miller has been a fixture on the fashion scene for more than three decades. Heading into another fall New York Fashion Week, she opens her Tribeca apartment to Luxury Listings NYC — and opens up on her inspirations for her designs and home decor.

We also visit with Jennifer Blumin, whose fascination with reinvention and urban archeology led her to form the Skylight Group, an event-venue company with a historic Soho space that was the exclusive home to Ralph Lauren’s Fashion Week shows for 16 years.

With fall approaching, our attention naturally turns to home and hearth. In “Kitchens and Baths,” the most sought-after interior designers and renovation experts share their tips on creating stunning permutations of these all-important spaces. And, this issue’s “Luxe Life” features high-end espresso and coffee machines, wine gadgets, watches and cars.

Finally, and for the first time in LLNYC, we travel north to explore the most expensive properties on the market in “Westchester: Living the Good Life.”

In honor of this first foray north of Manhattan, this issue will be distributed to more than 15,000 high-end homes and businesses throughout Westchester County, in addition to our city-wide Manhattan distribution.
