The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

The last week of August was a blowout for The Real Deal’s weekly list of Miami-Dade County’s most expensive condo sales.

A three-story penthouse in the Jade Beach condo tower, fitted with ultra-modern finishes and boasting 360-degree views of the ocean and Sunny Isles Beach, was sold for $7.5 million to a Brazilian businessman. Adam Redolfi of Barnes International was the listing agent for that unit, which was on the market for 54 days before closing at $919 per square foot.

After that, a unit with ocean views at Miami Beach’s Bath Club was sold for $3.2 million. Unit 1802, with an earthy color scheme and 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows, had been listed for 112 days with Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty before closing at $1,244 per square foot.

The last multimillion-dollar sale for the week belonged to Alexander Sherman of Affinity International Realty, who closed on the $2.6 million sale of unit 905 at Ocean Tower One on Key Biscayne. The condo, with marble floors and an “over-sized” master bedroom, was on the market for only 46 days before selling for $1,035 per square foot.

After that, the remaining units ranged in price from $1.45 million to $850,000. Locations were spread from Sunny Isles Beach to Key Biscayne in towers like the Murano Grande, Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove and The Carlyle.
