A Chicago-based real estate management firm sold a Chase Bank in West Palm Beach for $6.4 million, county records show.
SRE Holdings sold the 5,126-square-foot bank branch at 326 Banyan Boulevard. 48 MacDougal Street Realty, in care of Townhouse Associates, was the buyer.
The 0.68-acre property last sold for $5.3 million in August 2013, according to Palm Beach County property records. Before that, it sold for $2.4 million in April 2013.
The single-story building was constructed in 1926 and includes a drive-through ATM. It’s one block north of Clematis Street, also known as the historical heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Also nearby is the site of Jeff Greene’s plans for twin, 30-story mixed-use towers.
