Cushman & Wakefield formed an agency leasing team made up of executive directors Deanna Lobinsky and Travis Herring; director Katherine Ridgway; and brokerage coordinator Jessica Lunsford in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. All four came from CBRE, where they accomplished a combined transaction volume of more than $2.5 billion.

Lobinsky, who has experience with office agency leasing, previously managed a 3.5 million-square-foot office portfolio in Broward County. She has worked with clients such as TA Realty Associates, Fifteen Group and KBS.

Herring specializes in the leasing and sale of office properties owned and operated by institutional and private landlords throughout South Florida. His clients include the California State Teachers’ Retirement System, Invesco Realty Advisors and PNC Realty.

Ridgway has worked with Lobinsky and Herring since 2011, and her client list includes BlackRock, PNC Realty and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate tapped Joan Wenzel and Sarah Mahoney. Wenzel is now director of luxury sales in the firm’s Palm Beach office. Mahoney was brought on as a broker associate and will lead a team in luxury sales, with a focus on Breakers West, a private country club in Palm Beach.

Coral Springs-based First International Title hired Jay Hansli as an area manager. Hansli will oversee the title agency’s North Florida operations. He was most recently a national underwriter in Tallahassee.

First International also hired Sara Luff as a sales manager. Luff got her start in the title insurance industry as a sales executive in 2006 and was most recently the Eastern division sales manager for NationalTitle company in Florida. – Katherine Kallergis
