The King of Queens has reportedly listed his Delray Beach castle for a whopping $28.85 million.
Actor Kevin James, known for his roles in “Paul Blart: Mall Cop” and the TV show “The King of Queens,” put his nearly 2.8-acre waterfront estate on the market on Wednesday, according to Redfin.
Jack Elkins of the Fite Group is the listing agent for the home at 502 North Ocean Boulevard, GossipExtra first reported. The eight-bedroom, 10-and-a-half bathroom Mediterranean mansion includes antique European oak, mahogany, coral and Alhambra tile finishes. Together with the guest apartment, the Delray Beach property offers 26,000 square feet of living space.
It also includes more than 300 feet of frontage on the Atlantic Ocean, a meditation room, wine cellar, eight-car garage, pool, Jacuzzi and wet bar.
Palm Beach County property records show the OpieRussell Trust, linked to James according to GossipExtra, paid $18.5 million for 502 North Ocean Boulevard in 2012. In 2014, the trust bought the vacant lot next to the home for $4.25 million. They are now one property. [GossipExtra] – Katherine Kallergis
