H&M will open a second Miami Beach store this fall on the corner of Collins Avenue and Eighth Street.

The fashion retailer is leasing a 15,000-square-foot space at 763 Collins Avenue, marking H&M’s 29th store in Florida, according to a press release. It opened its flagship store at 551 Lincoln Road in 2012.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Frank Begrowicz, Greg Masin and Andrea Vigil are the leasing agents for the Collins Avenue space, according to a listing. Drew Schaul of RKF represented H&M.

Tiffany 3/8 Associates Ltd. owns the building. The company is managed by Marlo Courtney, senior managing director at Goldman Properties. Property records show the Goldman affiliate paid $240,000 for the property in 1986. It was developed in 1995.

Nearby tenants include show retailer Aldo and Victoria’s Secret.

H&M opened in Hialeah in November, and has locations at the Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale, at Aventura Mall, Miami International Mall and Boynton Beach Mall, according to H&M’s website. An 18,000-square-foot H&M is also open at Related Group’s mixed-use shopping center CityPlace in West Palm Beach. – Katherine Kallergis
