The 0.89-acre property, at 354 Riverside Drive, was developed in 2009. It includes four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a guest house and two indoor bowling lanes. The lakefront home also features a dock, boat lift, pool, spa, patio and summer kitchen, according to the listing. Jeremy Browne of Hughes Realty Group represented the seller, while Keller Williams Realty’s Scott Smith brought the buyer.

Calcavecchia, who currently plays on the PGA Champions Tour, has won 13 PGA tour events. He also owns a home in Phoenix, according to published reports. Property records show the Calcavecchias paid $1.88 million for the home in 2007.

A number of professional golfers have called Palm Beach County their home, including Tiger Woods, who also owns a restaurant in Jupiter, and Greg Norman, who sold his Boca Raton property in 2014.
