Pasión del Cielo brews two new cafes, including express Brickell kiosk

Pasión del Cielo is expanding its reach with two new locations in Miami-Dade.

The coffeehouse will add Brickell and South Beach to its list of cafes. The Brickell store, an express concept at the Plaza on Brickell, 907 Brickell Avenue, spans 576 square feet and already held a soft opening. The Miami Beach location, a 3,097-square-foot space at 1625 Alton Road, near Lincoln Road, is under construction and will be open by the fall.

Justin Callaway of RESF Commercial represented the coffee company. He declined to disclose lease details, but said both are long-term agreements.

Vornado Realty Trust owns the Miami Beach building, with the main address of 1100 Lincoln Road, where the coffee chain is leasing its new space.

The Brickell location marks the second for Pasión, which will open at Brickell City Centre by the end of the year. At the Plaza on Brickell, it’s replacing the former Chatime cafe.

Pasión del Cielo will also open at Downtown Doral, and has locations in Midtown Miami, Coral Gables, South Miami, Dadeland and Mexico, among others.
