Compass added two agents from one of Miami’s top producing teams, Scott Voelker and Jon Batchelor Jr. The duo come from EWM’s Nancy Batchelor team, who ranked 16 in The Real Deal‘s top residential agents earlier this year.

Jon Batchelor, Nancy’s stepson, and Voelker focus on waterfront homes in Miami. They declined to provide sales figures, but said the Nancy Batchelor team has raked in more than $175 million in sales since 2014.

The new hires bring the tech-driven brokerage up to 62 agents in Miami Beach and Coconut Grove.

Franklin Street promoted Lisa Jesmer to senior vice president of investor client accounts. Jesmer joined Franklin Street about a year ago from CBRE. She was hired as vice president of management services for the industrial and office divisions, and will now focus on business development and client relationship across all product types and markets.
