Nesting with the stars

Yet some A-listers are struggling to unload their trophy properties. Hip-hop star Lil Wayne, for example, has slashed the asking price for his Miami Beach house by a third, to $12 million. Meanwhile, Internet pioneer Jim Clark put his estate on the market for $137 million, making it one of the 10 most expensive home listings in the country.

The seller of one Coral Gables estate has a last name that’s certainly a household word: Bacardi. After spending eight years building the luxurious Cocoplum estate, Hilda Maria Bacardi, an heiress to the booze fortune, has listed her mansion for $27.3 million.
