Retired NBA basketball star Scottie Pippen, who last month filed for divorce from his wife Larsa, re-listed his estate in Fort Lauderdale for sale at a reduced asking price — with an option to buy a yacht along with the waterfront residence.
TMZ.com reported that police went to the Fort Lauderdale home twice in early October in response to 911 calls by Larsa Pippen, a former star of the reality TV series “Real Housewives of Miami.” Police made no arrests.
Pippen put the three-story, resort-style waterfront estate back on the market with an asking price of $10.9 million, a $600,000 markdown from his $11.5 million asking price a year ago.
For $12.5 million, Pippen will thrown in a 55-foot Van Dutch yacht along with the residence.
Gilles Rais of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Las Olas office has the new listing for Pippen’s place.
He originally listed the residence in Fort Lauderdale’s Harbor Beach neighborhood for sale in 2014 for $11.8 million. It spans almost 13,500 square feet on a double lot with 215 feet of frontage along the Intracoastal Waterway.
The six-bedroom estate at 2571 Del Lago Drive in Fort Lauderdale has seven full bathrooms and two partial bathrooms. It features a fitness center, home theater and chilled wine room, plus a putting green, playground, hot tub, water slide, water fountains and a commercial-grade summer kitchen.
The outdoors amenities also include a full-size NBA basketball court.
Pippen, a seven-time NBA All-Star, played for the Chicago Bull from 1987 to 1998 and helped the Bulls win six National Basketball Association championships.
