Terra opens Botaniko Weston sales center: PHOTOS

More than 500 guests, sales agents and developers Pedro and David Martin celebrated the launch of Terra Group’s Botaniko Weston development.

Botaniko Weston is a 125-home project planned for 121 acres in Broward County. The single-family homes range from five to seven bedrooms with anywhere from 6,500 square feet to 9,700 square feet of interior space. Prices start at $1.7 million and go up to $3 million, according to a press release.

Construction is underway for the development, and Terra plans to complete homes beginning next year. As of May, about 45 percent of the houses were under contract.
