Bryan Allen, a retired professional hockey player and veteran of the Florida Panthers, netted a seven-figure sale price for his estate in Parkland.

Allen got $1.51 million for the 6,302-square-foot residence in Parkland’s Heron Bay residential community.

DND Associates, a South Florida affiliate of real estate brokerage firm One Sotheby’s International Realty, announced the sale of Allen’s home, which had been listed for sale for under six months.

The Mediterranean-style waterfront residence has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, a garage big enough for four cars.

Allen was a National Hockey League player for 15 years and a player for the NHL’s Florida Panthers team from 2006 to 2011.
