Gossip Extra reported that owners including E. Hunter Harrison, the CEO of Canadian Pacific Railway, listed their 33.5-acre horse ranch in Wellington for $45 million.
The property has 50 horse stalls that feature brass faucets and hand-made floor tiles as well as chandeliers made by hand.
The ranch’s residence spans more than 10,000 square feet. Six bedrooms are available for staff.
Harrison listed the horse ranch together with other owners including a company owned by Pittsburgh property investor Ira Gumberg.
Gumberg acquired the Wellington property at 4715 125 Street South for $3 million in 2004.
Citing property records, Gossip Extra also reported that Harrison bought a 50 percent interest in the horse ranch in 2010 and 2011 for $12 million.
