Movers & Shakers: Kurz Real Estate expands, Dylan Finger joins Wynwood BID board…and more

Kurz Real Estate now has more than 50 agents after launching in August.

Owner David Kurz, a former Douglas Elliman director of luxury sales, previously told The Real Deal he wants to hire 200 agents and hit $1 billion in sales volume for the first year. Dustin Fealy is the latest to join the brokerage, which is also doubling its office space in Coconut Grove.

Fealy previously worked out of Keller Williams’ Coral Gables office.

Mana Miami’s managing director Dylan Finger is now on the Wynwood Business Improvement District board of directors. Finger joins Albert Garcia, Irving Lerner, Jonathon Yormak, David Lombardi, David Polinsky and board chair Joe Furst. At Moishe Mana’s company, Finger is responsible for management and oversight of all of Mana’s development initiatives in Wynwood and downtown Miami, and he’s been active with the BID.

Cushman & Wakefield brought Jacqueline Blake back to the firm as managing director of its Florida Occupier Services Group, where she’s focusing on servicing the state’s corporate occupier clients. She’ll be based in Cushman’s Fort Lauderdale office. Blake previously worked for Cypress Equities, where she serviced AutoNation for nine years.

Patrick Willis joined Cresa South Florida as a senior adviser and industrial service line team member. Willis left Cushman as an associate broker on the brokerage’s industrial team. At Cresa, he’ll focus on business development and exclusive representation of tenants, owner-occupiers and investors in South Florida.

Franklin Street hired Hernando Perez as director of multifamily investment sales in the company’s Miami office. Perez, a former sales manager for Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale and Fort Worth offices, specializes in apartment sales throughout South Florida in the $1 million to $10 million range. Prior to commercial real estate, Perez worked in the financial services industry.

CRE Rauch, Robertson & Co. added S. Chérie Todd to its South Florida team. She was previously a realty specialist for the TSA, U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Todd has also worked in the telecommunications industry, and spent a decade on Capitol Hill as a congressional staff assistant.

Coldwell Banker’s Melanie Dawn Molina Wood earned the NAR GREEN designation, making her the only one in Miami-Dade and one of 16 in Florida to earn the designation. Wood is also an accredited LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Association and has her eco-broker certification.

Christy Garretson, Christi Holmes and Pam Wilhoit are now sales consultants for The Fields, a single-family home and townhome community on the former Gulfstream Polo Club in central Palm Beach County, DiVosta Homes announced. DiVosta is taking reservations for the 916-home development. Move-ins are expected to start by next summer.
