Deepak Chopra, Muse developers unveil partnership: PHOTOS

Property Markets Group and S2 Development unveiled their partnership with health and wellness firm Delos and celebrity health guru Deepak Chopra at a private event held at the adjacent Four Seasons Miami tower in Brickell.

The launch included “wellness activations” for agents and their clients, including automated air purification systems, lighting systems and automated wellness sensors.

Chopra designed the finishes for units at Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, a 49-story tower that PMG and S2 will deliver next year. The wellness firm, Delos, founded by former Goldman Sachs partner Paul Scialla, is designing the wellness programs. Chopra is on Delos’ advisory board.

The packages will be available for seven units at Muse, and will cost buyers roughly $500,000 per unit. Condos at Muse range from $4.8 million to $17.5 million. – Katherine Kallergis
