Miami-based homebuilder Lennar has launched sales for BellaSera, a 350-house development in central Palm Beach County with seven lakes.
The development site is at the intersection of Crestwood Boulevard North and Royal Palm Beach Boulevard in Royal Palm Beach, a small municipality just west of West Palm Beach. Lennar has opened a sales center for the development at 980 Crestwood Boulevard North.
By the summer of 2018, the first residents are expected to move to BellaSera, where many of the houses will be located on cul-de-sacs, according to Lennar.
Prices start in the low $400,000s for houses with three to five bedrooms and 3,061 square feet to 3,803 square feet of interior space.
Interior features at the Lennar development will include stainless steel appliances, wood-finish cabinetry, granite countertops and oversized ceramic tile flooring.
Common-area amenities at BellaSera will include a playground, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and tennis and basketball courts.
The Royal Palm Beach development is located near such attractions as the Pond Cypress Natural Area and Apoxee Trail, and the popular Coral Sky Amphitheatre. [Sun-Sentinel] – Mike Seemuth
