The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $810k to $2M

Condo sales kept inching forward in Miami-Dade County last week.

In Miami-Dade, 143 units sold last week for $46.3 million, a slight increase from the previous week’s $43 million. The average prices were about $324,000 per unit and $271 per square foot.

The top deal was the $1.96 million sale of unit 409 at Echo Aventura. Christina Schoelzel of BEX Realty LLC had the four-bedroom, 3,295-square-foot condo on the market for 315 days before it traded hands. The unit features marble and wood floors, a summer kitchen on the terrace and two assigned parking spaces.

The second most expensive condo sale was at Bellini Bal Harbour. Unit 1404 sold for $668 per square foot after more than eight months on the market with listing agent Denisse Levy of OMG Brokers.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $810,000 to nearly $2 million.
