A waterfront house in Jupiter with a putting green on the roof has been listed for sale with an asking price of $11.9 million.

The Jupiter residence has other unusual features, including a two-story master bedroom, which has a five-room enclave with 12-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Loxahatchee River and the ocean. The floor plan also includes four on-suite bedrooms.

The property at 5511 River Cove in Jupiter also has boat and jet ski docks with lifts, a four-season cabana equipped with a wet bar, bathroom and shower, and a multi-purpose studio, air-conditioned garage and workshop.

A third-floor deck is equipped with a hot tub and a rooftop putting green. The third-floor deck also has potential for the installation of a helicopter-landing pad.

Professional golfer Ricky Fowler owns a home next door to the five-bedroom house with an $11.9 million asking price, which is owned by William Burlingham IV.

One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing for the Jupiter residence.
